Mental Health Resources
Natural disasters affect everyone in different ways, and often for a long period of time. If you or anyone you know is feeling overwhelmed, unable to manage day to day activities, wants to talk, or get a referral to talk to a mental health care professional to process some of what's happened, please contact one of the organisations below, or us if you would like some help on where to start.
